Saginaw LMSW Position

We are looking for a clinical social worker (LMSW) to provide direct clinical services to the elderly and disabled in AFC home and assisted living settings. LMSW is responsible for facilitating group and 1:1 sessions utilizing interactive tools such as art, crafts, activities, and strength based skills. LMSW will also be responsible for session documentation and assisting in completing assessments. Candidate must have experience with the disabled and/or elderly population and be willing to actively engage with clients. LMSW should be proficient in clinical assessments of clients and groups and have experience with EMR systems.

-Position is 30 hrs/week. Monday through Thursday and average schedule is 9-4:30. Friday's are available for more hours. Candidate must be willing to drive to every facility we service. Locations include Saginaw, Bay City, Frankenmuth and a few surrounding cities.

-Position pays $42.50/hr.

-Bonuses are given twice a year. We also recognize Employee of the Year, Team of the Year, and Employee of the Quarter.

-Candidates MUST have a master's degree in social work accredited by the Council on Social Work Education; qualified by the State of Michigan for full licensure as a Master Degree Social Worker (LMSW) to be considered for this position.
